Chris, who blogs over at Mele Cotte, received Lisa’s blog, Authentic Suburban Gourmet for her SRC assignment this month.  This post is a surprise for me, though I’m not sure why.  But I always thought of curd as lemon, only.  Now, I see the sky opening and knowledge raining down on me like, . . . well, rain!  Cats and dogs kinda rain.  Chris says . . .
