Asparagus, Chicken Enchiladas, and Ice Cream: Tea and Scones


I am officially impressed beyond words.  Margaret from Tea and Scones received Fake Ginger by Amanda.  What you can’t see from this picture is that Margaret mad THREE (3) recipes from Amanda’s blog!  Yes, three.  That just tells me that 1) Margaret is a fabulous cook, 2) Amanda is a fabulous cook, and 3) there are three great recipes on this one page saving you enough time to make all three, TWO,. . . er, uh, TOO!  Margaret says . . .

“I had been to Amanda’s blog because I was initially drawn by the name – Fake Ginger - and then I stayed because of her food. So this month when she was my pick I finally got the motivation I needed to actually make something from her blog. I am so bad about reading and enjoying and not cooking from the blogs I find.”
