I surprised everyone by whipping these up for a special summer, afternoon snack.  I passed them out with an easy Spicy Ranch Dipping Sauce.  But…I made a mistake.  I only made enough for a small snack.  After everyone had eaten their share, I heard complaining from the kitchen.  When I walked in to investigate, fingers pointed in my direction, questioning my lack of snackage offerings.  These are SO yummy that the Cocina dwellers wanted more, more, MORE!  So, I did the only thing I could…
