“I was beyond thrilled to be paired up with another baking blog. Immedaitely upon recieving my assignment I began searching through Liz’s archives for something to strike my eye. Bad idea. I must have spent a a few hours deciding because there were just so many things that I wanted to make!
Eventually I decided on the Blue Cheese Gougères for three reasons.
- I love blue cheese.
- I had never had a gougère before and was curious!
- Fellow bloggers were raving about them in the comments section so I figured they must be good!”
