Braised Country Style Pork Ribs: Barbara Bakes


For this month’s SRC assignment, Barbara the author of Barbara Bakes received The Keenan Cookbook co-written by the husband and wife team of Chris, who cooks the food and Rachel, who takes pictures of the food that Chris makes.  Barbara says . . .

“I was taking dinner to a sweet neighbor. She was unable to eat anything spicy, so I toned down the recipe just a bit, and tripled the recipe so there would be enough to feed her family and mine.
