Broccoli, Bacon Cheddar Mashed Potato Bites: Mommy’s Menu

Well, the big game is coming up and so are all those appetizers that you’ve been dying to make since the last big game.  You need to be sure and add this one to your buffet – which translated means “drive-by eats”.  At least it does to my 18 month old grandson.  Put something bite-sized on a plate then place the plate on a coffee table and he runs around the house and stops to get a “Bite” on each round.  I can see that is a human trait, not just for kids.  And this is a perfect bite for drive-by eating.  Toni from Mommy’s Menu made this fabulous bite from being assigned Erin’s siteMaking Memories With Your Kids for this month’s SRC assignment.  Toni said . . .

“It has been a great resource for me when I need a kid friendly recipe or a fun activity for my kiddos on a snowy day.
