I’m a firm believer that chips and salsa are their own food group. Equally so, buffalo ANYTHING with blue cheese and celery sticks. I just made sure that I had some cauliflower and blue cheese on hand so that I can make this dish. It IS on my menu for this weekend. I’ll consider sharing. But don’t count on it. “As I was taking the photos of these hot little morsels of spicy goodness, I seriously could not stop snacking on them. But you know what? I don’t feel one bit guilty!
