Chicken Fajitas: A Spoonful of Thyme

Kate who blogs at A Spoonful of Thyme searched through Cook With Sara, her SRC assignment for this month, with her favorite guy, Mr. T.  They usually seek out their favorite Mexican food restaurant when they are in the mood for a great Margarita and fabulous fajitas, because until now, Kate had never made her own fajitas.  Sara started cooking in elementary school and became famous, not for her fajitas at that time, but for her cookie and fruit plate.  We thought we could add to her and Kate’s 15 minutes of fame by featuring them here.  Kate says . . .
