Chocolate Coffee Cookies: Cakes and More!

Suma, who blogs at Cakes and More!, received Jocelyn’s blog, BruCrew Life.  Suma resides in Bangalore, India and is a hardcore foodie with an incorrigible sweet tooth.  She was bitten by the baking bug, and loves every moment of baking,learning by trial and error. Cakes, desserts and of late, breads are of particular interest to her.  Jocelyn’s motto is “bake. eat. repeat.”  I can certainly love that!  She also seems to know herself well.  Her faith and her family are two very important ingredients to her happiness.  Suma says . . .

“Low fat cookies with my two of my favorite ingredients – chocolate and coffee, seemed to be just the thing to bake when I wanted to humor my sweet-tooth, with the problem of shrinking clothes on my mind. What better than baking to drive away the blues? :)). To minimize the danger of over-eating and to feel slightly virtuous about using only 2 tablespoons of butter, I made half the recipe on Jocelyn’s blog.”
