Editor’s Choice: Asian Cabbage Salad

This week our Editor’s Choice comes to us from Katherine over at Katherine Martinelli. Her March 4th Group D assignment was Claire K Creations and the recipe she chose was Asian Cabbage Salad.

This fresh and vibrant salad called to me as soon as I seen it. It reminds me of coleslaw, but so much fresher with pieces of colorful veggies, and no mayo, but instead a light and flavorful sauce of olive and sesame oils and white wine vinegar. I’m definitely looking forward to trying this salad soon.
