Editor’s Choice: Banana Cake with Nutella Frosting

This week my Editor’s Choice recipe comes to us from Jennifer over at Mother Thyme. I love the catchy name of her blog. :) What a delicious recipe she chose for her September 17th Group C reveal.

Her assignment was Gloria’s blog The Ginger Snap Girl. She picked out a yummy and much needed recipe in my opinion, Banana Cake with Nutella Frosting. Why such a needed recipe you ask? Well, bananas are a favorite snack in my house, but we always seem to have a few that become overripe before we can eat them. My solution normally is to cut them up and keep them in the freezer for future smoothies. Even though we drink a lot of smoothies, sometimes my stockpile of frozen bananas becomes a little OVER stocked. That’s why I was delighted to find Jennifer’s recipe, now I had another option for them besides making banana bread. The fact that it had Nutella frosting topping it off, sealed the deal in me choosing it for this weeks Editor’s Choice.
