This week our Editor’s Choice comes to us from Karen over at Lavender and Lovage. Her January 28th Group D assignment was Dena’s blog Oh! You Cook!, and the recipe she chose was Brie and Pecan Canapes.
Where do I start with this recipe? It’s delicious looking and easy, so you could serve it quickly to unexpected guest, and fancy enough that you could serve it at a dinner party with pride. When I first seen these, I thought they were going to be a little to much for my down-home country tastes, but the more I looked at the beautiful pictures Karen had posted of them, as well as seeing how easy and simple they were to put together, I was hooked. Just 4 ingredients and you have a party worthy appetizer. I’m impressed!
