Editor’s Choice: Chicken Tortilla Soup

This week our Editor’s Choice comes to us from Julie over at Julie’s Eats and Treats. Her January 21st Group C assignment was Jamie’s blog Our Eating Habits, and the recipe she chose was Chicken Tortilla Soup.

While I’ve seen recipes for chicken tortilla soup floating around blog land for awhile now, and I wanted to try it myself, none of them really grabbed my attention ingredient wise, or were to time consuming for me. Did I ever mention I love quick and easy meals? : ) Well this recipe changed all that. The ingredient list is short and sweet, and it’s super easy to throw together. My kind of food. What with the frigid temps we’ve had for the last week, you can bet this soup will be appearing on my menu soon.
