Editor’s Choice: Ginger Scallion Noodles
This week our Editor’s Choice comes to us from Jess over at Inquiring Chef. Her February 4th Group A assignment was Lisa’s blog Parsley, Sage and Sweet, and the recipe she chose was Ginger Scallion Noodles.
Did you know today is Chinese New Year? China’s biggest traditional holiday, the Spring Festival takes place over a two week period, with 2013 being the year of the Snake. That’s why I just had to chose this yummy looking dish as my pick for this week’s Editor’s Choice. It would be the perfect meal to help you ring the Chinese New Year in.
