Editor’s Choice: Lemon Cream Dessert

This week our Editor’s Choice comes to us from Liz over at That Skinny Chick Can Bake. Her November 19th Group C assignment was Gloria’s blog Canela Kitchen, and the recipe she chose was Lemon Cream Dessert.

What with the holidays upon us, it seems desserts are everywhere. Most of those desserts have chocolate as an ingredient in one way or another. While I love chocolate just as much as the next person, sometimes it’s nice to satisfy our sweet tooth with something different. You definitely get that with this dessert. Light, fruity and yummy pretty much sums up this beautiful treat.
