Editor’s Choice: Lemon-Rosemary Chicken
This week my Editor’s Choice recipe comes to us from Jane over at The Heritage Cook. For Daniel’s Tribute she didn’t just choose one recipe, she chose enough recipes to make a whole meal! From appetizer to dessert, she made four recipes from Daniel’s blog. What an awesome way to show respect to his memory.
While all of the dishes look delicious, the main course was what really caught my eye. Lemon-Rosemary Chicken was the star of the show. Oven roasted chicken that’s been marinaded in fresh herbs, then drizzled with a delectably creamy sauce. Easy, tasty and pretty to look at, that’s my kind of recipe.
