Editor’s Choice: Tortellini, Basil, and Fire Roasted Tomato Soup
This week my Editor’s Choice recipe comes to us from Jess over at Inquiring Chef. She chose this delectable looking soup for her August 20th Group C reveal. Her assignment was Aly’s blog Cooking in Stilettos. What with cooler nights starting to show themselves here in Southern Indiana, this soup was a definite attention grabber. Soup is the ultimate comfort food to me, especially if you pair it with a grilled cheese sandwich. With the tortellini added to this soup though, no sandwich is needed. It’s a complete meal in itself.
