Editor’s Choice: Chocolate Bundt Cake with Pecans and Coconut
This week my Editor’s Choice recipe comes to us from Micha over at Cookin’ Mimi. She chose this yummy looking cake for her September 3rd Group A reveal.
Her assignment was Shelby’s blog Grumpy’s Honeybunch, and she certainly picked a winner. Chocolate cake with a decadent pecan filling, and covered by a sweet coconut glaze. This would satisfy even the most ardent chocoholic. I liked the fact that It can easily be turned into a German chocolate cake by a simple switch of chocolate used if you’d prefer.
