It’s so nice to see a healthy, raw veggie recipe as the most popular this week! Just goes to show that you don’t have to bake a batch of gooey chocolate brownies or caramel drenched cheesecake to get the most clicks. Though let me state for the record that I have nothing against gooey brownies or caramel drenched anything… just sayin’.

Julia from the blog Fat Girl Trapped in a Skinny Body found a delicious salad and vinaigrette recipe from her assigned blog, Creative Kitchen Adventures. I love how Julia packed her salad into jars so she can simply add the dressing and shake it up. Yum!
