As soon as I saw this tart, I told April, “I need a piece (or two) of this tart NOW!!” It was about 8:00 in the MORNING. But, I don’t care who you are, this tart would be good any time of the day. “I had the best time looking around A Fit And Spicy Life. Since I try to eat healthy myself, I found so many recipes that I’ve bookmarked to make in the future. Of course, Mellissa also had a few sweet indulgences as well which always tend to pull me right in. Although, I really could have eaten the entire thing myself! I’m so happy I didn’t change much about the base recipe. Meaty mushrooms melding with nutty Gruyere and fresh thyme is pure palate perfection.”
