Oatmeal and Almond Raisin Cookies: Butteryum

Patricia from Butteryum says if she can do it, anyone can do it.  As a self-taught cook and baker and she has gone from ZERO to HERO with all the fabulous recipes she has created and collected on her blog.  For this month’s SRC assignment, Patricia received Heather and Madeline’s blog Join Us, Pull Up A Chair, a mother-daughter duo whose kitchen creations will give another generation the knowledge and experience to be a great cook!  Like mother, like daughter.  Patricia says . . .

“The recipe is unique in the fact that it includes a touch of almond extract – something I don’t think I’ve ever seen in an oatmeal raisin cookie before, but I was eager to try it out.  I have one word for these cookies – YUM!”
