Orange Spice Coffee Cake: Bizzy Bakes
This brings back lots of childhood memories for me. As a treat with a scrambled egg or so when I was a kid, Mom would heat up a Sara Lee coffee cake . . . with pecans! Dad and I felt as if we were a King and Princess. Almost as big a treat as when Mom surprised us with tangerine juice instead of orange juice. YUM! When I saw this coffee cake by Chaya of Bizzy Bakes, I could almost smell it baking and now, it WILL be on our table for breakfast in the morning, no doubt! Chaya’s SRC assignment this month was Edessia’s Notebook by Lesa who is obsessed by trying new recipes so as not to get bored with making the same foods over and over. Chay says . . .
