Amy blogs over at A Little Nosh and July was her first month participating in SRC. Being a member of Weight Watchers, Amy is always on the lookout for healthier options. So when visiting her blog assignment, A Tale of One Foodie’s Culinary Adventures she came across a recipe for baked fish and knew she had to try it. Amy says…
“This turned out really well. Better than I expected, in fact. I wasn’t so sure about the mayonnaise mixture, but it gave it a really nice flavor under the panko. The potatoes were really good too. I loved the crispy parts.”
