It’s summer, well, almost. At least where I live we have already seen temps in the 90s. Thoughts of picnics, watermelon, and cold, sweet iced tea seem to run rampant. When I first saw this photograph of Barbara’s Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal with Berries from Barbara Bakes, I thought it was ice cream. I then read that it was actually refrigerator oatmeal. Wow! What a GREAT idea! Barbara’s SRC assignment this month was Katie’s This Chick Cooks and Becky’s Vintage Mixer. Two great blogs, two great recipes and combined by Barbara into one fabulous dish!
