Pioneer Woman’s Potato Parcels: Cakes and More!

Who needs PW when you have Suma who blogs at Cakes and More!  I LOVE that Suma picked a PW recipe from her SRC assigned blog this month, Cookin’ with Cyndi by Cyndi.  Anything that you can cook 1) on the grill and 2) in a packet/parcel/bundle and 3) cooks up with no fuss and no mess make it to my Top 10 list in a hurry.  Suma says . . .

“ I almost baked her coconut tart and chocolate cobbler but then I saw these delicious and easy Potato Bundles, Pioneer Woman’s recipe. Yes!! Too simple for words and an easy guess, these are cubes of par-boiled potato tossed in herbs and seasoning, butter and cream ( yet another indulgent recipe from Ree Drummond!), wrapped in pieces of aluminum foil and baked in the oven till tender.”
