Raspberry Feta Pomegranate Salad : Heidi’s Verden

The title of this recipe may be a mouthful, but it will be a delicious mouthful when I make this for my family, I’m sure!  Heidi from Heidi’s Verden received Wendy, The Weekend Gourmet, for her SRC assignment this month.  Heidi challenged herself a couple of years ago and is now more excited about making fabulous dishes than she has ever been.  Wendy was challenged by her husband to actually make something from all the cookbooks she had.  Seems that both ladies were up to the challenge and have become quite accomplished cooks and bloggers.  Heidi says . . .

“When deciding what to make from Wendy’s recipes, I started out using the date archive at the bottom of the page, to see if I could find something that would match the season we are in. But actually I ended up choosing from something she made in May, July, September and November. So much for staying in the season!”
