Something about a frittata that makes it good for every meal of the day. Whether breakfast or dinner, a frittata is a great meal for the whole family. Angie who blogs at Big Bear’s Wife (and IS Big Bear’s Wife) was assigned Kate’s Kitchen, written by Kate. Angie considers herself lucky because Big Bear will fix a toaster treat or cinnamon toast for breakfast while she is trying to figure out the shortest route back to her pillow in the morning. But knowing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, this frittata was enough to get her up and at’em! “When I was looking over Kate’s Kitchen . . . I found this frittata recipe and this recipe for Peanut Butter Bread. I couldn’t decide. So I let hubby choose. The answer was both. haha. No help. But since the weekend was coming up I decided on the frittata since we had not had a good breakfast all week.”
