I’m quinoa challenged. I have never had trouble making anything but yeast breads (and I WILL conquer those some day). But I seem to under cook or over cook quinoa. I had about given up, and then I saw this recipe! I’m once again inspired to try it again after reading her step by step instructions on how to best prepare the quinoa.
