Slovakian Pound Cake – Babovka: Thru The Bugs On My Windshield

Suzanne who blogs about travel, food, photography, family and life in general over at Thru The Bugs on My Windshield received Heather’s blog, Hezzi-D’s Cooks and Books for her SRC assignment this month.  Suzanne’s blog name come from her and her Mountain Man’s travels.  Many of her travel photos are taken through the windows of their vehicle as they travel and there are, inevitably, bug splats in many pictures.  Heather blog name comes from a friend of her husband, named “Mojo” who nicknamed her “Hezzi-D” for her rock-n-roll name many years ago.  Both bloggers have great recipes and wonderful senses of humor.  Suzanne says . . .

I’ve really been in the mood for a bundt cake, and when I saw Heather’s recipe for Babovka, I knew I had found exactly what would calm the Craving Beast inside me!
