SRC Favorite: Chocolate Avocado Cake
It’s amazing how many long-distance relationships have been established by SRC assignments. Emily Jane of the blog Six Kilos of Pumpkin from Australia was visited by Jessie from Vanderbilt Wife. Yep, from Tennessee to Australia, food is food and great food is always just a hop, skip and a jump away at the Secret Recipe Club! Jessie chose her favorite to make this point.
“My favorite recipe that I made was definitely this Chocolate Avocado Cake. It was a stretch for me, but turned out amazing. And I think my personal addition of blackberry cream cheese frosting was good enough to eat with a spoon!”
