SRC Favorite: Pumpkin Granola

Although, for most of us, canned pumpkin is as common as applesauce, that is not so in Israel.  This can of pumpkin went around the world, originating in Canada.  When asked about her favorite recipe, how could Katherine NOT shout, “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!”  Well, it was something very close to that.  Katherine’s first response . . .

“Pumpkin granola!

I absolutely love granola but had never made my own. This pumpkin granola is so easy and delicious I now eat it almost every morning with yogurt for breakfast and made a huge batch to give to all my friends for the holidays. It makes a great gift.”
