Toasted Coconut Handmade Marshmallows: Authentic Suburban Courmet

While searching for the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Lisa from the Authentic Suburban Gourmet found her favorite SRC recipe in Montreal.  It wasn’t until after she made the recipe that she decided “Pizzaz” was better than any Pisa!

“My favorite so far was the Toasted Coconut Handmade Marshmallows! The reason is that I have long wanted to make my own marshmallows and this gave me the perfect reason to. Along with they are delicious and were so light. The toasted coconut just added the extra pizzaz.”
