Stuffed Poblanos and Orange Smoothies: An Opera Singer in the Kitchen

This is what I’d call a “2-Fer”.  Noell who blogs at An Opera Singer in the Kitchen and who IS an opera singer who loves to create and cook in her kitchen, received Nicole’s blog, The Cookaholic Wife, for her SRC assignment this month.  Because everything that Nicole had on her blog, Noell couldn’t choose just one recipe.  So, she chose two.  Which means, it is our lucky day!  Noell says . . .

“[Nicole] is in her 20′s and has enjoyed learning to cook in recent years, especially for her husband. I really liked the variety of recipes that were available and it was quite difficult but I finally decided to try two recipes. I know right?”
